Method of payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Electron. We will not charge your card until your order is despatched.
We accept cheques and postal orders by post only. Cheques should be made payable to The Toybox. Please put your name and address on the back. You should allow seven days for your cheque to clear. All payments must be in pounds sterling.
Exchanges and Returns
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods within 28 days together with your receipt for an exchange or full refund.
If you do not have the receipt, we will give you an exchange or credit note at the current selling price. Any returns must be in a saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- We can only take responsibility for returns which are received at The Toybox. For your own protection you should obtain a Proof of Posting from the Post Office so that you can claim from them for any lost parcel.
- We do not refund the cost of returns postage except where the return is the result of our own error.

Please note:
- We will dispatch in stock items the next working day. Delivery will normally take 3-5 working days from despatch but during busy periods may take longer.
- Where items are temporarily out of stock, despatch might be delayed. We will notify you of this and advise you of the likely delay.
